My technician Joseph St. John was terrific. This was a routine maintenance visit for my A/C system. He was thorough and explained clearly what was done and what to watch for going forward. He also made a point to address some minor adjustments to improve performance. This is my fourth year using Cool Today's services and I am glad to continue using them. Joe is a great representative of the company!

I have relied on Cool Today for my air conditioning, problems and maintenance for several years. I have always been very happy with their service in scheduled maintenance or fixing any problem that has arrived. I also have to give kudos to Joe and Brian on the Work they did for to solve my AC problems with their professional knowledge, kindness, and courtesy.

I live in Michigan. I have a Wi-Fi thermostat at my Florida house realized the temperature was going up called them up. They came out. Told me I needed a capacitor and a contactor switch $758. I said go ahead and do it very next day I a/c still not working. They came out again now they’re telling me that I need to spend another $2800 to fix the problem that they did not catch the first time they were there. Supposedly this company is a scam. Do not trust them. sadly, I can’t give them zero stars

Called Cool Today on a Saturday with a major plumbing issue at a friends house that is ill and I help take care of. They were at my friends home within two hours! William (Bill) was the plumber they sent. HE WAS TERRIFIC! Not only was Bill super kind and thoughtful; but he was skilled and knew exactly what the issue was and resolved everything efficiently.
