I have to say Cool Today is a great company, I own two properties. One of my properties. I first hired this company to do a new A/C unit. They did a fantastic job and a very reasonable price. Ive had them out to service my other property a/c unit and Matt was prompted, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was quick to assess and determine the issue with the a/c unit. Issue solved and unit runs quietly also efficiently now. I would highly recommend Cool Today to anyone who needs a reputable company to handle all your a/c replacement and or repairs ! We were able to get a person out here same day and even earlier because they called and said they had a technician available. E. Rodriguez was very prompt and very polite and knew what he was doing. Wow! I am so very impressed with Cool Today. Our sales person, Jimmy, was there for us every step of the way. The guys that came out to put in our AC units were professional, courteous, very clean, and worked wonderfully as a team. They worked so quickly and quietly I barely knew they were in my house! We needed our hot water heater replaced due to age and all rust on bottom of it. We checked prices and service they give, and Cool Park Today had best deal. They came and replaced it after only a day, quick service! Roman was professional and did great job explaining new water heater.

Determined condensate line was blocked. Cleared line. Probably 15 minutes of work plus travel. In future condo meet will clear line for FREE. Cool Today has done good deals such as a maintenance contract but this simple fix and amount of time was far less time consuming than the 2 annual PM inspections which are at a lower cost in total for two annually. With this service call problem fixed but at seemingly way high charge. Service quality is high - cost extreme

I've been a Cool Today customer for a number of years and multiple homes and after this last visit, I think I'm done. Nothing personal to the "technician" who came to my house, but it was so clear his primary intention was to try and sell me as much as possible...like a $3,000 replacement for my fully functioning dual-lamp U/V system on a 4 year old A/C, and that was just the start. I even got the "my manager says he'll do xyz for free if you agree right now" high pressure pitch. I never did get the pictures of my system, electrical values, etc from a typical maintenence visit but you can bet I had those work estimates in my inbox before he left the driveway. I debated for days if I should even write this, I'm a nobody to them and I've had some very good experiences with people from CT in the past (shout out Darby) but this visit left me feeling wary. I still have a 2nd free maintenance appointment to use this year and I don't see myself cashing it in. I'll be moving to a company that isn't charging me to slap its name on a stadium or owned by private equity.

Paid 1800 to have my heater fixed. Still doesn’t work Update. Before they came the AC worked but the heating did not. Now that I paid them 1800 nothing works. The AC actually makes the house hotter somehow
