I have relied on Cool Today for my AC units and maintenance services since 2005. On my last service call (12/25), Cool Today provided the usual excellent service — on time, excellent maintenance service and a through report on the status of my AC units.

Determined condensate line was blocked. Cleared line. Probably 15 minutes of work plus travel. In future condo meet will clear line for FREE. Cool Today has done good deals such as a maintenance contract but this simple fix and amount of time was far less time consuming than the 2 annual PM inspections which are at a lower cost in total for two annually. With this service call problem fixed but at seemingly way high charge. Service quality is high - cost extreme
