Cool Today came out to perform regular maintenance on our HVAC system. Couldn't have asked for better service! The technician, Gavin, explained the services that he provided and had the equipment available to replace our capacitor without having to schedule another appointment. A productive appointment! From the start my experience was stellar! Anett at the office, was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and overall amazing! Came home to a hot house! My app didn’t notify me that I had a problem. So I gave Cool Today a call. My best friend uses them and I thought I’d give them a try, since I was definitely in need of service. They responded the next day and came to find they needed to order a motor. It was replaced and now I’m cool again. Everyone I dealt with, from the repair person on the job to the people that I called were so friendly and helpful. They made me feel like they wanted to help as soon as they could. I will definitely be using them for my check ups on a regular basis now!
