Called Cool Today on a Saturday with a major plumbing issue at a friends house that is ill and I help take care of. They were at my friends home within two hours! William (Bill) was the plumber they sent. HE WAS TERRIFIC! Not only was Bill super kind and thoughtful; but he was skilled and knew exactly what the issue was and resolved everything efficiently. Ken, the technician provided a comprehensive overview of our plumbing system throughout our home. He drained the hot water heater and gave me some good maitanance tips and some suggestions for upgrades. He was very knowledgeable. What a great service. So glad I purchased the yearly plan. Thanks
