Fast arrived and act professionally. Initially convinced us to buy "top of the line" LENNOX, which failed in less than 3 years. Part is not available locally, and labor cost is $2400 to replace. Now 87F inside the house and wait time for the part - 8 days! Update: got a call from Manager name Zak. Nice person, He apologized for inconvenience lowering labor cost to $1900. Bumping rating up from 2 stars to 4.

Our hot water heater quit heating this AM. We did not discover it until around noon. We called Cool Today and a nice technician came over at 2. He diagnosed it as unrepairable and went back and had it replaced for our baths tonight. I was so afraid that we would have to wait until tomorrow (it was forecast to be near freezing tonight). My sister came over to visit today. She stays in a motorhome in central Florida and was looking forward to a nice, warm bath in a REAL BATHROOM. Cool Today made that happen. Thank you. Im sure he worked overtime to finish the installation.

Dean was on time and knew his way around my HVAC. He did a detail inspection of my 4 ton system. Explained and showed me what needed to be done. Replaced a key component. Completed needed routine maintenance. Fabulous job. He is a true professional and I highly recommend. Price was fair and I joined maintenance plan as it is a true value.
