I moved into a new home and hadn't had an inspection. My a/c, wasnt working . A tech named Billy came quickly and repaired it. He was kind and very efficient and the pricing was reasonable. Bi do recommend Cool Today.

We would like to give a huge shout out and thank you to Cool Today, and particularly to Adam who came to our house at 9 o’clock at night, quickly fixed the problem, and got our AC up and running. he insisted on staying for a little bit to make sure that the problem was truly fixed, and he was great about explaining exactly what happened so we can avoid the problem in the future. He was polite, courteous, and clean; putting booties on when he stepped into our house at the front door, taking them off when he stepped out of our house into the garage, and then putting them back on to come back through and explain things to us. Awesome! When we called into the office, we were greeted by somebody who was just as polite and courteous, spoke English flawlessly and did not make promises that would not be kept. She explained that someone would be out, but she could not say when, but that they would call 30 minutes prior. Mind you I called at, 5:30 in the afternoon and was not expecting service the same day but was ecstatic that we did not have to suffer through the heat and humidity last night. We will definitely be signing up for their whole home plan for $20 a month to continue to get this awesome service and not have to worry about AC, plumbing, or electrical when we have a problem. Thanks very much Cool Today! You are truly the epitome of excellence in customer service.

Cool Today was very responsive when we requested an evaluation and quote to replace our heating and air units. They provided several options and helped us select the best systems for our home. Their technicians, led by Paul Benham were very professional and efficient installing to systems in one day. The installation looks great and the units are up and running well. Once again we had a break down of the AC at one of our retail stores and you were able to come right away and fix it the same day! It was an all day job and we appreciate the fast service. The men were polite and professional even though they were on the roof all day in 90+ temperatures.
