Called them and they were able to accommodate me late that day. Chris came. He was informative and thorough. He was able to determine the problem with the AC unit. He repaired it the same day. We were pleased with his service as he was very professional. We have used Cool Today in the past a few yrs back. They never disappoint.

Extremely dissapointed. Scheduled a couple days in advance to cap off water lines under kitchen sink because we have to remove the cabinet. I confirmed the appointment by text the day before. On the appointment date a couple hours before.. we got a call saying they had staff call in sick so they had to cancel. We pleaded with customer service and she followed up by text that a plumber will still come out but running late. This turned into a no call, no show.. no customer service now at this hour. BEWARE!!

Adam, the tech, called 30 mins before arriving and was there within the time window that was scheduled. He performed routine maintenance and let me know exactly what he was doing. When he found a couple of issues with our system he physically showed/demonstrated the findings, took pictures and fully explained the issues and potential problems. He did not pressure me to make the repairs, but took time to help me understand the options. He then quoted a fair price, replaced the components needed, cleaned up and made the whole process easy. Adam also asked me to let him know if there were any issues with our system. In short, Cool Today did a great job! Please let Adam know that we appreciated his politeness, honesty and work ethic! I called Monday evening and was able to make a next day appointment. I was second for the morning and while the technicians ran into difficulty on the first job, dispatch was able to get Jeremy to the church just after noon. He was done in less than an hour, and provided great advice to prevent a future problem, all at no charge based our maintenance agreement. I highly recommend setting one up. Cool Today will take great care of you.
