Adam, the tech, called 30 mins before arriving and was there within the time window that was scheduled. He performed routine maintenance and let me know exactly what he was doing. When he found a couple of issues with our system he physically showed/demonstrated the findings, took pictures and fully explained the issues and potential problems. He did not pressure me to make the repairs, but took time to help me understand the options. He then quoted a fair price, replaced the components needed, cleaned up and made the whole process easy. Adam also asked me to let him know if there were any issues with our system. In short, Cool Today did a great job! Please let Adam know that we appreciated his politeness, honesty and work ethic! I've been a Cool Today customer for a number of years and multiple homes and after this last visit, I think I'm done. Nothing personal to the "technician" who came to my house, but it was so clear his primary intention was to try and sell me as much as possible...like a $3,000 replacement for my fully functioning dual-lamp U/V system on a 4 year old A/C, and that was just the start. I even got the "my manager says he'll do xyz for free if you agree right now" high pressure pitch. I never did get the pictures of my system, electrical values, etc from a typical maintenence visit but you can bet I had those work estimates in my inbox before he left the driveway. I debated for days if I should even write this, I'm a nobody to them and I've had some very good experiences with people from CT in the past (shout out Darby) but this visit left me feeling wary. I still have a 2nd free maintenance appointment to use this year and I don't see myself cashing it in. I'll be moving to a company that isn't charging me to slap its name on a stadium or owned by private equity.

We purchased our unit 2yrs ago and the annual maintenance. Cruz was our technician who serviced our unit this year and he did an amazing job. Thoroughly cleaned everything, and took the time to review all of the services he provided with us. We have been very pleased with Cool Today, and always recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

The technicians are proficient, respectful and obviously know and understand the equipment they are maintaining. I've been with Cool Today since I relocated to Florida five years ago and have no issues or complaints.

I was in need of a routine 6-month air conditioner maintenance, to avoid costly repairs in the future, and I contacted COOL TODAY... and they were cool! Also, Tecnician Francisco Gonzalez was cool, too! I called in the morning, ordered a TUNE-UP, and Francisco was at our condo by that afternoon! Cool! Francisco was poltite, knowledgeable, worked methodically and thoroughly, checking everything and answering my many questions with a friendly demeanor. When finished, Francisco presented us with a HOME HEALTH REPORT CARD, detailing all aspects of our A/C... really cool!
