I wanted to give a huge shoutout to an amazing tech, Chris C. He serviced my grandmothers house a few weeks ago and was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond and was so kind and professional. I’m always hesitant when it comes to service providers because they can be a little pushy but he was the complete opposite. He gave us 3 different options to go with and recommended what he thought was best (which we completely agreed with and went with). Worst service i have ever had with cooltoday guy came and I could tell he did not want to be here was supposed to service my unit. Spent about 15 min on unit in garage never even looked at unit back of house when he was done I asked him if he put a new filter in he said no. So I handed him one that I bought at lowes. He said I'm done have a good day and walked to his van and left. This is a company that is supposed to give high end service I don't think so. Do not recommend this company and will be looking for another one to service me

Cool Today is the only call you need to make for plumbing analysis and repair. William came to our house that is finally recovering from Helene and he gave us a very professional and practical assessment of what needed to be fixed and exactly how to do so for a reasonable price. We were really pleased with the care and expertise he showed for each project and his ability to solve the mystery of a leak coming from behind a wall. I will be requesting him to be assigned by Cool Today for a few final projects.
