I wanted to give a huge shoutout to an amazing tech, Chris C. He serviced my grandmothers house a few weeks ago and was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond and was so kind and professional. I’m always hesitant when it comes to service providers because they can be a little pushy but he was the complete opposite. He gave us 3 different options to go with and recommended what he thought was best (which we completely agreed with and went with). When you book a maintenance appointment I HIGHLY suggest you ask for him! Thank you Cool Today!

We are long term customers of Cool Today, lasting over 20 years in two different houses. During that time, in large part due to the maintenance services provided by Paul Kemp and other techs, our HVAC systems have performed reliably and operated superbly. They provide excellent service; on time and focused on meeting the needs of the customer. They are the best.

The technician called ahead to let me know his estimated time of arrival. His arrival was on time.The technician spoke with clarity as he told me in great detail what he did and the importance of what he did. The young man was polite, professional and easy to understand. I will always recommend Cool Today to others.

Cool Today responded to my urgent need for a new AC system. Installation was the next day. Their rep was thorough and nice and the techs who did the installation were knowledgeable and friendly. When the heat wouldn’t work, they gave me an appointment quickly and personable Alan G. did the repair, explaining everything. I couldn’t be happier about my experience!

My only disappointment with this service experience was not having my regularly specified technician perform my servicing. She had been my tech for about 10 to 12 years. But, the gentleman who came was very nice, professional, and thorough in his inspection. As a senior citizen, I prefer the same tech each time so I know who is coming. For so long I had requested the same tech. Will evaluate this situation when my service contract is up for renewal. Have been an N&M/Cool Today customer for 24 years.
