We have been using Cool Today, Electricity Today and Plumbing Today for more than 2 years and we have always been impressed with their reliability and knowledgeable service reps. Just last week we had our A/C system maintenance visit from Cool Today serviceman, Gavin Collins. He arrived on time, serviced our equipment, cleaned any debris and offered useful suggestions on keeping our A/C running in top shape. From the beginning to the end we could not have asked for a better experience. Kyle is great on the phone and made scheduling appointments a breeze. Jason Collins is an fabulous tech! We appreciate his honesty, knowledge and hard work. Going forward we will be signing a Cool Today service contract for our next home. We would like Jason to be our "go to" Cool Today HVAC tech whenever possible.

Tried the AC maint program out through Home Depot. Scheduling met my needs and the tech performed his functions perfectly. Answered all my questions and added helpful insight on some aspects of maintenance I was not sure of. Upon completion of the service we discussed the benefits of purchasing a service contract. Came home to a hot house! My app didn’t notify me that I had a problem. So I gave Cool Today a call. My best friend uses them and I thought I’d give them a try, since I was definitely in need of service. They responded the next day and came to find they needed to order a motor. It was replaced and now I’m cool again. Everyone I dealt with, from the repair person on the job to the people that I called were so friendly and helpful. They made me feel like they wanted to help as soon as they could. I will definitely be using them for my check ups on a regular basis now!
