Just last week we had our A/C system maintenance visit from Cool Today serviceman, Gavin Collins. He arrived on time, serviced our equipment, cleaned any debris and offered useful suggestions on keeping our A/C running in top shape. I was very impressed with Cool Today service! They had everything covered from service appt., to follow up! Even more impressed was pictures taken of Billy’s work and sent to me. He was very explanatory and comfortable to talk with. And to see the services they offer on the brochure….. Wow! You don’t see that in company’s anymore, but I sure did with Cool Today! Ty!

Utilized Cool Today through Costco to add a Mini Split A/C unit for my garage and workshop. The crew showed up and were like a machine as they did their work on the install. The unit is functioning very well and we are very happy. After the crew left the only way you knew they were there was the fact that the unit is on the wall.

When I called they were able to send a tech to us within 2 days after hurricane Milton. Technician was very professional, pleasant and able to fix the issue so we were able to get the AC working. He explained every thing and took the time to go over everything he did. I would recommend them!

I called a plumber out to unplug my kitchen sink. He left and the sink is still plugged up. Do not use this terrible company. Wasted my time. I now I have to call another plumber.
