I was very impressed with Cool Today service! They had everything covered from service appt., to follow up! Even more impressed was pictures taken of Billy’s work and sent to me. He was very explanatory and comfortable to talk with. And to see the services they offer on the brochure….. Wow! You don’t see that in company’s anymore, but I sure did with Cool Today! Ty!

If infinity stars were an option, that’s exactly what we would give Cool Today! From the very first visit with Chris to the installation of our new AC, every step of the process was absolutely exceptional. The quality of the work was top-notch, and every team member we interacted with was professional, down-to-earth, and genuinely went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a company that makes you feel so well taken care of. We will forever trust Cool Today with all of our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical needs. I had a very positive experience with my A/C service technician this week. Ronnie is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He came out for a repair on Monday and found that we needed a new part. He was able to get the unit working while we waited for the part. He came back a few days later, repaired the unit and then found some other issues that needed attention and he quickly and confidently took care of it. Thanks Ronnie

Great experience from start to finish. The representative scheduling appointment was professional and courteous. My technician, Chaz, was knowledgeable, thorough and polite. My service call was part of a great maintenance plan offered , and I paid nothing for a four hour upkeep call, after having paid a minimal amount to be on their plan over 2 years ago. I highly recommend.
