We replaced a forced-air furnace and air conditioner with a Carrier Heat Pump. This was the worst installation ever. They did very sloppy work. The 1st crew did such a poor job they had to send a 2nd crew who took over 48 hours to fix the issues. For example; the switch wire was cut off at the breaker and rewiring for the pump was needed. Insulation on the copper refrigerant lines was damaged. Spray foam was holding the outside trim soffit. Attic plumbing was left lying on the duct work collapsing the ducts in multiple locations. The circuit breaker wiring power shielding was not taken off. The thermostat wire was cut during installation. The gas line was not capped. The plumbing was installed across the unit access panel so it couldn't be opened. The company, specifically a supervisor named Preston, was tough to work with and refused to return phone calls or emails.

This is the business should be done. Pleasant receptionist to my call and scheduled my appointment. The technician arrived on time, explained the issue with my HVAC and made the repair in a timely fashion. I will call them in the future.
