Great first experience with Cool Today. Needed a regular yearly maintenance check and was able to schedule an appointment almost right away. Tech let me know when he was on his way and his ETA (very helpful). Very friendly when he showed up and got right to it once we had the initial chat. I appreciate that he did not try to sell me on things I didn't need or wanted. Other companies seem to make it part of the techs job to be part salesman. Wasn't the case here so.....THANK YOU! I will keep Cool Today on the books as my go to HVAC company anytime I need something.

Was told on phone tech would be getting 89 dollar service call charge plus parts, but when he showed up I was busy at another location and the on duty manager was told $150 cash and all we got out of this was a picture taken by tech of a faulty component and told manager it would be 195 plus part, which had to be ordered, completely conflicting with what I was told on phone. Had I been there, I would have told him no, were not paying for info we already knew and that this was not what I was told on phone. So now we paid 150 just for this tech to come out and tell us what we already knew, and it's still not repaired. Be wary of dealing with this company.
