This is the business should be done. Pleasant receptionist to my call and scheduled my appointment. The technician arrived on time, explained the issue with my HVAC and made the repair in a timely fashion. I will call them in the future.

I had used another HVAC contractor for the last 3 years. This year they raised their price on the maintenance plan, so I decided to try Cool Today, which had much better pricing. Great experience on this first visit. The technician was knowledgeable and informative and I was happy with the service he provided. So far, so good!

Nice staff! Called them to install an EV charger at our office. The sales person they sent out was great. Showed him our charger and what we wanted to achieve. He got us the price and got it scheduled the next day! The service guys they sent came out and reviewed everything prior to starting to make sure everything went smooth, which it did. They were here a few hours, left no mess and did a great Job!!

Jordan, my tech, called prior to his arrival and was even a little early for the appointed time. He was courteous and professional. He did my A/C check and alerted me to an issue that may eventually arise and offered to take care of it immediately. I opted to wait until the next PM in 6 months and he didn’t try to pressure me into doing it today which also impressed me. When he completed the job and left there was no evidence of his visit even though he had to go in my attic. I am very pleased with the service and value provided in the Complete plan that I purchased. I highly recommend
