Roman was my Technician he began by telling how the hot water tank functions. Explained he would do to analyze issue of no hot water. We concluded putting in a new tank, this one is 12 years old. He explained what needed to change which was minimal, a tank and couple of new pex tubes, following draining the tank. Installation was quick and clean. He explained warranty and future care. I let Oman work in my home anytime.

The reason I chose Cool Today was because of Sam he is very knowledgeable and professional This made me very comfortable hiring the company. Sean was the crew leader he was awesome.
