Jason Collin’s was amazing. Very knowledgeable and honest. Thanks so much. If I was eating Jason it would be 10/10. Only down fall is the costumer service line. Many promises of “I’ll call you back” and NEVER recieved a call back. Lack of knowledge on when parts were going to arrive.

I couldn't be happier with this experience using Cool Today. From the very first meeting with Jimmy. His customer service was excellent. He was able to schedule our installation in record time. Paul and Tyler were extremely professional and friendly. The installation was smooth and efficient. They made sure everything was spotless before they left. It's rare to find a company that combines great customer service and technical expertise, but this team truly delivered on all fronts. I highly recommend!

My experience with Cool Today was fabulous. The tech not only showed up on time, but gave me a heads up notification of 15 prior, as I had asked. I have been a Siesta Key local for 65 years, and being satisfied with my past A/C company, imagine my dismay, when I was told that they no longer service condos with 4 floors or higher…. So I put trust in the name as I have seen their many advertisements, and noticed a lot of cool today trucks on the key. So happy that I found a good replacement I’m only sorry, I don’t remember the techs name, he was so professional. I look forward to having my new A/C provider to be Cool Today. Thank you
