Response to our service request was very good. Technician was very polite and efficient. However, it seems like every time a Cool Today tech comes out they find something wrong with what the previous person did, and then want to sell a replacement item.

We called and got a same day appointment to have an old toilet flange removed and a new one installed for a new toilet. Although they arrived 2 hours after scheduled window, these two young men were very professional and personable. Thanks for getting the job done!
