Very responsive and professional. Cool Today was able to fix my A/C problem the same day. Part was readily available as compared to another company that quoted me 2 weeks to get the same part. Technician was very courteous and did an excellent job of explaining everything.

Have lived in LWR since 1996. Have installed 3 air conditioning systems over 28 years. Adam Collins from Cool Today took the time to explain the system we bought from another AC company. He took the time to explain the dynamics of what we had and gave us several recommendations VERY refreshing to find integrity in this day and age. I had a new water heater installed at my house by this company. Prior to installation I asked to have the plumbing manager call me two different times. I was never called back. After the installation I had some questions and concerns about the job and price I had to pay. I called and left a message two times for a call back and was told both times a "Donna" would call me right back that day. She never did. The work done was satisfactory, however the price seemed way out of line and the customer service after the sale is terrible. I still have questions and concerns.

Cool Today has been our A/C system maintenance choice for almost 4 years. It's a reliable company focused on Customer Service. If something goes wrong they own that and make it right by their customer. We have just signed up for another year.
