We requested Gavin, since he has been the technician to do our semi annual maintenance a few times since we’ve had this new air conditioner installed. Of course he did an excellent job, was neat and polite, and explained to us how the system is working. We will continue to request Gavin and use cool Today in the future.

Paid 1800 to have my heater fixed. Still doesn’t work Update. Before they came the AC worked but the heating did not. Now that I paid them 1800 nothing works. The AC actually makes the house hotter somehow
