I really want to take the time and say thanks not only to my service technician who did a fantastic job on the servicing with my York System both outside and inside total system gone over. My tune up on my 3 year old system involved alot more than I thought and I was informed on every last detail. I will definitely continue my business with you and your company again when ever needing service and my yearly inspections. I really keep up on my maintenance and am a firm believer on changing my filters every 30 to 45 days on keeping up my investment.In closing you can be proud of your Company Name that you worked hard on making a great Name for yourself. Got an HVAC maintenance visit through Home Depot. Price was great. Got an appointment right away! Technician gave me great add-on options for our unit. And explained all the other services through Cool Today which we will revisit in June 😊

Pleasant technician and explained finding well. I think UV light was overcharged. They always want to add something on a maintenance call.

Called this morning to see if they could do the semi-annual maintenance. The Tech showed up around 2:15. He did a thorough inspection, testing and cleaning. He explained everything, and when he left, everything was put back together and in it's place. I've been using Cool Today for a little over 2 years, and have been satisfied with their services every time. I highly recommend them.

Setting up the appointment was very easy and great customer service. Then Mike was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He address our concerns very quickly and also had great customer service skills.
