They treat their members well. AC out and with a short call, the tech was promptly onsite. He quickly diagnosed the situation and we were back in business. They also communicate very well keeping us informed along the way as to expected arrival time of the tech. Very professional and courteous all around ! Great price as a member for a late Saturday night l, Sunday morning emergency repair.
