I’m new to the area and purchased a new home and was interested in getting an AC Check-up. I was in Home Depot and was offered a deal for new customers for a $29.00 maintenance check with Cool Today. That is how I found them and was very impressed and pleased with the service of Cool Today. Omar was the Technician that did the work and said that I had 2 options; repairing or replacing. No pressure whatsoever and very courteous. I went with replacement and was very pleased with Mitch who presented the product and explained everything. Their warranty and maintenance plans were very reasonable. This company presents as an honest and trustworthy company… I highly recommend them.

I’m very pleased with Cool Today! I called this morning because my air conditioning unit was not working. They told me they could come out to my home between eight and 12 and they came at 11 o’clock. Joe Zagorski was the man they sent. He was excellent! Very knowledgeable, smart and efficient. He told me everything he was doing and why and made me understand what needed to be done with my unit. I would highly recommend Cool Today!

First time customer. I needed someone to remove my old HVAC system due to a coolant leak and replace it with a new one. Mitch was a great salesman and got me an appointment the very next day. David Miller and AJ showed up at 8:15 a.m. ready to go. Hard workers who never took a break. Took pains to make sure drop cloths were placed in work areas. Did a terrific job and left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. I highly recommend the CoolToday team.

I appreciated their great effort today to see me on Siesta Key. We had a miscommunication about appointments (always get a text or email confirmation). But the plumber that arrived was experienced and understanding. We had to pull a pretty toilet that had a simple broken part but was not built for easy maintenance. They tried to explore a simpler solution, but in the end the older toilet needed to be pulled, part replaced and re set. I am keeping their number handy to help me maintain my condo.

Pleasant technician and explained finding well. I think UV light was overcharged. They always want to add something on a maintenance call.
