My wife and I were so impressed with the maintenance done today on our air conditioner. Francisco Gonzalez and Kim Wellman were the technicians. They were both friendly and professional. I appreciated their great effort today to see me on Siesta Key. We had a miscommunication about appointments (always get a text or email confirmation). But the plumber that arrived was experienced and understanding. We had to pull a pretty toilet that had a simple broken part but was not built for easy maintenance. They tried to explore a simpler solution, but in the end the older toilet needed to be pulled, part replaced and re set. I am keeping their number handy to help me maintain my condo.

Such great service, I highly recommend!!! Emmanuel was so efficient and professional. While I was visiting my mother in Naples, the bath tub water valve broke and the bath tub would not stop running and we had to turn off the main and then had no water. Emmanuel with Cool Today showed up in under two hours and replaced the valve control for a reasonable price. I wish I had such a great service provider where I live in Atlanta.
