Easy to schedule, Yvonne was professional and friendly, offered appointment options and answered questions before I had to ask. She emailed the info on their comprehensive maintenance plan. Zachary was the technician for the faucet replacement. He was well experienced, called when he was on the way, has a great smile, polite, patient, and didn't waste any time.I purchased my new faucet the evening before he arrived.He gave me helpful tip to prevent this same faucet problem next time. He offered to see any other water/plumbing issues I may have (but I did not have any). I used a coupon, so saving money makes me happy too. Very nice to call and speak to knowledgeable people like Yvonne and Zachary!

If I could give zero stars I would. I notice on most of the bad reviews, I see this company commenting back saying they cannot find the customer's record, so if they say that about this review, that is a complete lie, they were at my house on Tuesday where they tried to scam me. My AC wasn't working, the house was extremely hot. I had cool today come out because I thought they were a reputable company. The employee Mark showed up and said he had been doing this for 30 years… He takes a look at the fan on the side of the house and comes back and says it's the capacitor and then he says oh it's also the compressor which now made this Repair $4200 and he said for a unit that probably doesn't have much time left, It would make more sense to get a new unit… Which should run around $13,000. I just bought this house and I dont have the funds to do the repair or buy a new unit. I was completely desperate and did not know what to do so I agree to try to get financed through them for this new unit, thank goodness I got denied because I don't even need a new unit! I was beside myself, not knowing what to do because this alleged professional is telling me that I need a brand new AC unit, I decided to call another company to get a second opinion , As soon as he opens up the little door on the fan, He spotted exactly what was wrong. The technician Mark tried to scam Me. The compressor wire was on the fan side and fan wire was on the compressor side And the Capacitor was the wrong size. It needs a 40+5 and they put in s 50+5. Within two minutes he switched the wires and put in the right size capacitor and just flipped the switch on and my house got cold again. I do not need a new compressor, I do not need a new AC unit, this company tried to scam me out of a lot of money that I don't have. You mean to tell me someone who's been doing AC for 30 years doesn't know how to put a capacitor in? He did it this way so it wouldn't turn on and I would think I needed a new unit! He also told me my unit was nine years old and the actual reputable person let me know that it was only seven years old. I want my $89 service charge back and that man who's trying to collect a commission check needs to be fired. There is no excuse for this whatsoever!

Plumbing leak under sink. Tech located cause, replaced damaged pipe very efficiently. Very professional and courteous. Service was prompt. Will use again if needed
