Jeff was quick, friendly and did us a great favor of getting to us on a holiday weekend and a Sunday morning at that. We had a burst water valve in the front and he was able to get the water shut off and evaluate the situation. Thank you!

Chris, sales rep professional, knowledgeable, polite. We opted for the Carrier Infinity variable inverter system. Pricy but worth it for its advanced design, economical performance and quiet operation. Installation went well, neat, clean and professional. Only difficulty, we were told that this system was equipped with a 4” pleated filter and a pull-out drawer. Important because we needed enhanced filtration for health reasons. Although available, our system was equipped only with a 3/4” merv 8 filter which is less filtration than our old unit. Instead of retrofitting the present unit to accommodate a 4” filter, our hope is that CoolToday would install UV and electrostatic elements in the a/h to give us better filtering.
