I’m not ready to purchase a new unit yet but when I am I will definitely call your company. Kenyla C. was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a very nice way so I could understand the status of my older unit. She was very professional and a sweet person to talk to.

First I would like to say I received a text from William with a photo of him that he was on his way. That was great getting a photo so you know it is the person coming to your house. William was friendly and explained everything I need to know. Also told me option that were available to me. Was very well educated in his field and honest. I would use Cool Today again!
