I was second for the morning and while the technicians ran into difficulty on the first job, dispatch was able to get Jeremy to the church just after noon. He was done in less than an hour, and provided great advice to prevent a future problem, all at no charge based our maintenance agreement. I highly recommend setting one up. They sent two experienced installers, Fred and Carlos who provided professional installation and detailed information on its operation. Best of all, warranty as long as we own our home. We are very happy.
