Ngoc Nguyen (technician who visited me today) is an excellent representative for a company . He was courteous and polite and knew his trade. Per an email I got from Cool Today, I was told he would be here at Noon to 4pm but he showed up at 10am. Not the right time for me and not his fault, Cool Today gave him incorrect instructions.

Great deal through Home Depot Black Friday. John, my service guy, took his time and was very thorough. I have a newer system which was basically made brand new again. Make sure you have a new filter ready to go, which I did! Hope they offer it again next year!

Kevin came out to inspect a back flow for the water company. He was prompt and very personable. He was quick to get the job done and very informative on what all would happen. Excellent pricing as well. Will definitely use them again.
