It is a professional company and gets job done on time and as promised. I called Monday evening and was able to make a next day appointment. I was second for the morning and while the technicians ran into difficulty on the first job, dispatch was able to get Jeremy to the church just after noon. He was done in less than an hour, and provided great advice to prevent a future problem, all at no charge based our maintenance agreement. I highly recommend setting one up. Cool Today will take great care of you.

I'm a snowbird, and when I arrived at my Florida condo, I smelled something like burning wires and also couldn't get much hot water. When I called Cool Today, they had an electrician here within a few hours--who determined that my hot water heater had shorted out. He disconnected the power, and the next day a plumber installed a new water heater. The cost was much less than I had anticipated and they offered a 6 year warranty on the water heater. I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, prompt service, and excellent value from Cool Today.

Bryce, the technician, was wonderful. He was super thorough and checked out everything and answered all our questions. Outstanding job! We were also impressed with the speed with which Cool Today came out to us, and the fact that they answered the phone after 9pm and then had someone call us promptly next morning to set appointment the same morning.
