AC, this company is good. Electric, the guys they send is friendly. The problem is the plumbing, it’s more miss than hit. They’ve come out 5 times and only once was a nice experience. This latest one, they had installed a water softener back in July, but since installation, my water bill has doubled. They came 3 hours after the appointment window to tell me that it’s fine and it has to be the meter from the water company because it was replaced last year. Well guess what, it wasn’t them because the meter was replaced months prior and working perfectly until the water softener was installed. What a waste of money and time. Do yourself a favor and go with another company

Cool today does a great job. My tech, Billy Kerimi is wonderful. I specifically ask for him as he explains everything to me and does not mind my questions. He takes the time to answer all my questions. He's kind responsible and respectful. He is a credit to Cool Today.

The technician was able to come out on a Saturday within hours of our phone call for service. Very professional and had all the supplies needed to fix our unit. The work was done in a timely manner and technician explained All of the issues.

We’ve never had a bad experience with CoolToday. Everyone from the people on the phone to the techs that come into our home - they’re kind, knowledgeable, and really good at their jobs. We just had a new vent installed and Cody, Randy, and Chris were great! They kept us in the loop of what they were doing and made sure to double check things before cutting any holes in the ceiling. They answered all of our questions and were super personable. Well done to everyone who works to make this company what it is! I’m continually impressed!
