We had our three system maintenance done by Jimmy who was amazing. He checked and double checked everything that he did to make sure everything was done properly. He took his time and did the job right. Today Jimmy brought back our filters that we had to order specially due to size. Again very happy with the service.

I’ve been a long term Customer of Cool Today for approximately 20 years and have had them maintain several of my properties. Last Friday continued to remind me why doing business with Cool Today has been a wise decision. Last Friday I had an issue that started with water pouring out of the wall. I called Cool Today when I found it, late in the day, and they fit a call with me the same day. Maximus showed up around midnight and worked through the night until 5:30 the next morning. He went through the entire system, made repairs and prepared the lines with a solvent to clear the lines. Robert came in the following day and after 3 hours, successfully cleared the line, tested the flow to ensure it worked and left me with a well running system. Over the years I have bought my new Ac units from Cool Today, as well as the 10 year warranty and the annual maintenance agreements. This recent episode and the great response was Cool Today continues to demonstrate those were good decisions!

Jason,Chris and Ryan all came out to work on getting some heat for me and setting up replacing my HVAC. They all kept me informed, were wonderfully polite and supportive and solved the issues. Each of them got a hug and my gratitude. I will definitely use Cool Today in the future

Nice staff! Called them to install an EV charger at our office. The sales person they sent out was great. Showed him our charger and what we wanted to achieve. He got us the price and got it scheduled the next day! The service guys they sent came out and reviewed everything prior to starting to make sure everything went smooth, which it did. They were here a few hours, left no mess and did a great Job!!
