Technician Torell R. Came to my house to inspect my Air Conditioning. He was very prompt, approachable, knowledgeable, and had very nice manners. The service he gave was excellent. I was very happy.

This is not the experience anyone would want to have Ngoc (Dean) was the technician for a scheduled service. Had an attitude stayed 20 minutes and sent me 6 invoices total $2500. Never spoke to me. Called 4 times and they’re sending an email to his supervisor. I am still waiting for a cal back.

Routine service visit was great. Had to reschedule because of a conflict and they were able to reschedule same day in the morning. Tech was great, friendly and quick although my system is only six months old.

My tech, Adam Collin’s, was awesome! Great attitude, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He did such a good job that I’m keeping his name on our refrigerator and asking for him specifically next time because I trust he’s doing right by me and being honest with me with what he finds.
