The techs show up on time, a text is sent with a picture of the tech so I know who is coming. They service my HVAC system, let me know if there are any issues and explain to me what was done. I am on a service plan so I don't have to remember to schedule service, they call me to schedule. Have had great experiences with this company.

My unit was only 10 years old and didn’t really need to be replaced, but I’m a very proactive person and so I have been thinking about the possibility of replacing my heat and air conditioning unit. When leaving Costco I stopped and spoke to the gentleman. He was very informative, and told me about some incentives and various programs such as a tax credit that were available by upgrading my unit. The install went as planned. They arrived on time ,cleaned up after themselves, made sure I knew how to use the new thermostat, etc. I would highly recommend Cool Today if you are considering replacing your heating and air unit.

Kevin came out to inspect a back flow for the water company. He was prompt and very personable. He was quick to get the job done and very informative on what all would happen. Excellent pricing as well. Will definitely use them again.
