Getting ready for hurricane season, I decided to purchase a 14,500 watt tri fuel generator. In receiving various quotes for electrical upgrade, I decided to hire Cool Today. The first technician arrived and started panel upgrade and rejuvenate various breakers. The disconnect was ordered incorrectly and when finally arrived, the technician was asked about labeling breakers and that it was an up charge of $325 regardless of various breakers being moved. I feel that this service should have been completed.

The A/C technician Joseph Robinson was at my house within 1 hour of calling for assistance fixing my A/C unit. Joseph was very efficient and checked my whole system and fixed the wires to my sending unit. Since this system is very old he conducted an analysis and determined that the system will need to he replaced in the near future. I would highly recommend CoolToday for service in the future . This is my second dealings with CoolToday about two years ago Chris Mattingly responded and also took care of my issues leaving me very satisfied. Thanks to Both Joseph and Chris

Kim and her technician trainee Armando were great. They were very thorough and spent a lot of time doing the maintenance on our air conditioning system. We only needed one small repair ($59) and the maintenance was covered by our annual contract that has proven to be well worth buying over the past 15 years.

Cool Today came out to give me the 29 dollar inspection. The tech said I needed a deep cleaning and it required 2 techs and it was going to cost 2,240 dollars. I said that’s ridiculous and I paid 1400 to install it. He said he has been working for over 30 years and that’s the way it is. Over 2000 dollars to clean a mini split. I would gladly pay up to 500 dollars but that’s highway robbery.
