Company was completely disorganized. First technician that came out charged $450 and could not fix it. Second technician came out and openly admitted the $450 part and install was a complete waste. Second technician advised a manager would call me for a full refund. Manager never called. Lastly, waited around for a third technician to show up and never showed up. Then called and gave an astronomical price over the phone. Still no refund on the 450 part and no manager phone call !

The maintenance service is good and thorough. Our unit is still practically brand new, so we did not expect any problems anyway. However, we were surprised when they suggested that we should spend a significant amount of money to do some additional work. For example, they suggested that a drain pan should be added while we thought the pan was already placed there when the unit was installed.
