After his thorough job and inspection he took the time to outline potential problems and solutions. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I purchased new air conditioner from Cool Today a little over a year ago. Price was right but the service agreement was outstanding Service people have been knowledgeable and efficient and the office staff is responsive and easy to work with. I signed on to offer for 19.95 a month and get real additional benefits for service not only for air conditioner but for plumbing and electric services too. A deal too good to pass on. I encourage friends and family.to check it out.
