Our technician, Dean was very professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the whole process. He notified us 30 min before our appointment to let us know he was on the way and a text was sent with his picture and credentials. We will definitely use them again!

Roman was my Technician he began by telling how the hot water tank functions. Explained he would do to analyze issue of no hot water. We concluded putting in a new tank, this one is 12 years old. He explained what needed to change which was minimal, a tank and couple of new pex tubes, following draining the tank. Installation was quick and clean. He explained warranty and future care. I let Oman work in my home anytime.

Answered all my questions and added helpful insight on some aspects of maintenance I was not sure of. Upon completion of the service we discussed the benefits of purchasing a service contract. The gentleman that came today was very professional very thorough with his work overall and explained everything in great detail. Yes, I would recommend them. But as far as pricing goes, I can’t say I haven’t really priced other places out yet
