We wanted an A/C that would not cost us an arm and a leg in maintenance and would remedy the shortcomings of our old system. So we shopped only for one that had a lifetime warranty on labor and parts. We found one at Cool Today. Our salesman Jimmy came out quickly and on time. He took the time to answer all our questions and didn't pressure us in any way. We decided on a unit ($$$$) and arranged the install. Kenny and Austin showed up a couple days later. We were afraid with all the work we had scheduled that it might take them more than a day to do the work. They were quite a team. They worked together well and made steady progress. They were careful and knew what they were doing. They finished up shortly before five. They left the job site in good condition and explained how to operate the new thermostat. We would highly recommend Cool Today for A/C installation.

I was totally impressed with Cool Today and the Technician. I was so fed up with the previous company that I decided to fire them and call your company. I talked to Shanda yesterday and set up a maintence plan and she set up the call for today, Sunday! I am very happy!! I cannot praise the Technician (Randy I think) enough, he got my problem fixed in no time and was very professional.

I was very happy with the service provided. It was great to receive a photo of the young man who was sent to my home to look at my AC. He gave me a thorough break down, complete with photos, of my system and any future needs I may have with it. I do plan on calling on them again.
