The in house customer service team is friendly, and quick to act for any questions or issues. We have had several AC units through the years and the sales team is honest and takes time explaining products. The yearly maintenance contract is budget friendly, and gives us peace of mind for summer and winter. We highly recommend Cool Today.

Been using Cool Today for 3 years and very impressed with services but Adam H went above and beyond today during a maintenance appointment for my AC. Very friendly, explained everything and left the system better than when he arrived. When he had a repair recommendation he offered several options dependent on price and was very transparent and not pushy. Overall very happy with the service I received today and highly recommend requesting Adam for your maintenance needs!
