We had Cool Today perform an emergency repair as well as a complete install of a new AC in place of the failed unit. The response time for the repair was fantastic (next day, scheduled on line - very convenient!). Both the repair person and , separately, the install team did an amazing job - very neat installation, completely cleaned after themselves, and even included some work/items that they discovered during work without charging extra. In fact the overall appearance/neatness of the system after installation was better than the original builder supplied units. I also liked the notification that the tech is on the way with a map to follow their actual location.

He was on time and ready to complete job. The job was completed timely. He was very short with answers to questions not a customer service responses. Not the kind of service we had received prior.
