Very happy with the service and technician Joshua Lemus. Arrived when he said he was going to and very professional. Explained everything thoroughly and gave us an itemized list of what he did. No high pressure sales tactics that other a/c companies use.

AC unit went down at 5PM Friday. Current vendor never returned my phone call. Called Cool Today and had a rep onsite Sunday to spec the system. Delivery team showed up at 8AM Monday. Great product and service. Top Name Brand equipment, not off brand like the cheaper vendors. You get what you pay for and Cool Today is worth it!

I like the professionalism of letting us know when the tech will be arriving and a photo. Techs are always polite and knowledgeable. I made a comment about the spicy price of gas. Zack in AC group called me today, was super nice and we agreed on an adjustment. You don’t get better customer service than that. Highly recommend. Very fair. And unusual getting a call back from other businesses.
