I am very satisfy with the company Cool Today and with the technician Adam Collins. We got an issue with our AC in these days of extreme heat, my husband called them and they sent a technician to the next day wich that was awesome for us. Adam responded all our questions with amability and patience. He resolved the problem and he explained what could be next. Our AC got back to normal. The ladie who called us to make an appointment for our next service was very kind. I higly recomend Cool Today. (Would be Perfect with some lower prices though!!)

Stay away from this company. They sent someone that was to install (hook up) our new waahing machine that had no clue how to do his job. He reinstalled the shipping bolts sayting they were to keep the washer away from the wall. When we started the washer it locked up and jumped across. The room. Then talked to manager that was very condescending and rude. He would not take any responsibility for his techs mistake. Think twice about using this company. There are plenty of good plumbing and HVAC companies out there

The whole crew was friendly, professional, tidy and considerate of our home. We had the unit and ducts replaced. They worked quickly and quietly, had us back up and running in 6 hours. They were careful with noise while the baby was napping. Very friendly with the dogs. The new unit looks amazing. Plus, they tidied up before they left including sweeping the front porch. Wow service all the way around.

It was my 1st time using Cool Today for my AC tuneup and I was very impressed. Our tech Franz was so kind, very knowledgeable, took his time to do it right where unbeknownst to me my prior company wasn’t cleaning my unit correctly. He went over everything with us. Great service and company! Definitely recommend!!
