The first time we called to book an appointment over the phone the technician was prompt courteous and very professional. Called us thirty minutes before, the whole nine yards… So much so that we signed up for their whole home maintenance plan, five stars… no questions right? Well today I lowered my rating one star because I booked a maintenance appointment from their email about an electrical issue we had. 9-12 show up time… I waited until the last 30 minutes with no phone call… so I called in the operator told me sorry they were in a team meeting all morning and are just getting out. They have one other appointment before you. Might be an hour or two. Needless to say I was disappointed that nobody called to tell me any of this as I could have been doing errands or actual work. If they nines they had a team meeting they should have called the day before and notified all am appointments. But now I might have someone show up in the next three hour window…. If they don’t trust me I’ll update this review to a whole new star level. What’s the expression… not mad just disappointed with the lack of communication for their “valued clients”

The Cool Today Company is absolutely one of the best contractor companies we have ever had work for us . In the middle of the tropical storm, Debbie, our HVAC system completely failed. From our first phone call to Cool Today ,they have been very professional, courteous and genuinely had our best interests at heart. My husband and I will always be grateful for their lighting speed and five star service in solving our emergency. Thank You Cool Today. P.S. We first called another( initials BB) large HVAC company that we had previously worked with and they totally messed it up, so we called Cool Today. What a difference in service!!!
