Just had my first scheduled preventative maintenance performed on our new A/C system. The work was done under the Lifetime Warranty we purchased with the system. The technician, Rafael Ramirez, arrived within the first hour of my 4 hour service window (I always appreciate that!), and was very professional and knowledgeable. Of course the six month old system checked out OK. I’ve been nothing but completely satisfied with Cool Today. Yeah I was not ecstatic to purchase a new A/C system six months ago, but if you have to pay $xxxxx thousand dollars, give your money to Cool Today. Worthwhile investment.

We needed motion detection lights on our property and Sergio was sent to do the job. After patiently listening to our concerns, he installed the lights at locations that gave our property the lighting where needed. Sergio installed the lights and cleaned up his work very well. After the lights were installed, we had some concerns and Sergio came to our home a second time, patiently answered our concerns and made changes that were needed. Very well done!

When i bought the water softener I was told the salt would be good for a year. Now it's been over a year and tells me I have 463 to go. So I was concerned and called Cool Today. A technician came today and charged me 175 dollars for 1/2 hrs. He told me everything is fine.and normal. How was i to know, the salesman said to add salt once a year. The unit comes with no manual, so you are dependent on Cool Today for anything. This is our third house that we have used Cool Today. I was going to have them maintain my air conditioner and heat pump. But not now.
