We needed some plumbing issues taken care of and Technician Dillon Biczel was assigned to the task. He did an outstanding!! Job in every aspect of our needs. He is a great asset to the Cool Today company. Any plumbing need that we may need in the future we will ensure to request that he to be assigned the task. Also, the customer service received by the Cool Today company customer service representative was very commendable.

Joseph Nastro was personable, efficient and did a great job completing our HVAC maintenance. He made sure everything was working properly, didn't rush and let us know if anything needed to be addressed. Highly recommend him.
