I have used Cool Today for a while. I had them replace my old air conditioning unit as well as my routine upkeep. The staff are easy to work with and they do not try to upsell every visit. I feel their prices are a bargain for thei quality of work and ease of access.

We purchased our unit 2yrs ago and the annual maintenance. Cruz was our technician who serviced our unit this year and he did an amazing job. Thoroughly cleaned everything, and took the time to review all of the services he provided with us. We have been very pleased with Cool Today, and always recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

I appreciated their great effort today to see me on Siesta Key. We had a miscommunication about appointments (always get a text or email confirmation). But the plumber that arrived was experienced and understanding. We had to pull a pretty toilet that had a simple broken part but was not built for easy maintenance. They tried to explore a simpler solution, but in the end the older toilet needed to be pulled, part replaced and re set. I am keeping their number handy to help me maintain my condo.

Joseph arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. Checked our system and went over everything and explained what he found and suggested we speak to another about what he found in the attic and how to save money. Have had Cool Today for many years and highly recommend them.

Had no A/C as I left for work. Friend suggested I contact Cool Today. They have a great Customer Service department that got me scheduled for an appointment later that day. The technician, Kyle, called ahead to say he was on his way. He resolved the issue, had to replace a part, and then recommended I sign up for their annual service contract which saved me money and the peace of mind of having regular service for my A/C system. He was great and they are a professionally run company. They offer A/C, Plumbing and electrical repairs. They’re coming back this am to take care of an electrical issue. Prices are reasonable and they have great technicians. Friendly and polite.
