I called these folks during the holidays and was able to get a quick appointment. The Tech (David) arrived on time with a neat and professional appearance. My issue was all my lights were flickering when my washer was in the agitator cycle. David checked the plug,the breaker and the meter for a service fee of $89. I'm told that because there was no issue found the service fee was appropriate. It's not always that one gets treated so fairly by contractors or electricians these days. I will keep their number handy and definitely use them in the future. As such I recommend them to you.

We were also impressed with the speed with which Cool Today came out to us, and the fact that they answered the phone after 9pm and then had someone call us promptly next morning to set appointment the same morning. Had problem coordinating thermostat with heat unit on HVAC, cool today sent technician Mark out the same day, who was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He made sure that everything was working correctly before he left and making sure I understood. I think this speaks for itself. H.R.
